In co-operation with the customer an analysis is worked out based on their
demands and needs.
In close collaboration with the customers we make a demand-analysis and specification-requirements, which specifies the optimal solution for the customer.
Implementation with project performance guarantee
During the implementation we work in close collaboration with the customer.
Not only on management level, but also amongst the warehouse staff. During the process we will have some of our staff on site to help the users getting started, and to test and optimize the system. We never leave a project until it is working to everybody’s satisfaction.
Support
When the system is up and running, we provide a quick and effective support with remote connection. The system has more than a 99% access rate.
