Apport Systems’ focus on the Nordic market is a success

By signing 2 new contracts, Apport Systems is now a serious player on the Norweigian market.

Apport’s approach to the market, the project management and not least the fixed price, suits the Norweigian mentality.

Festival was founded in 1987 and is one of Norway’s leading distributor of interior to private homes. Festival has 6.000 – 8.000 articles consisting of glass, cutlery, gift items, kitchen tools and lighting.

Their subsidiaries – wholly owned and co-owned – operates in several Nordic countries in five different business areas: Retail, wholesale, import, duty free and beauty care.

Validus owns the biggest personal care chains in Norway, Estheique, Vita, Parfymelle and Cosmeta. Validus also operates in the field of skin and hair care products via VAMI owned by Validus AS and Midelfart Professional AS.

Health food and organic food

Validus also focus on health food and organic food via Alternativ Mat, Naturli’vis and Validus Butikkdrift. Validus owns 50% of  the Swedish company Bringwell and they distributes their products mainly through health food chains and stores.

Duty free at the major Norweigian airports

Validus also operates in duty free stores at the major Norweigian airports through Travel Retail Norway (TRN).

Distribution and logistics

Validus Engros distributes goods to businesses in which Validus AS has ownership interests, but it also operates as a traditional wholesaler for independent stores. The company also offers its customers specially adapted distribution solution and also works as a flow warehouse for a number of health food and specialist hygiene chains.
